Processing & Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS unless otherwise indicated/arranged. 
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.

Larger quantities, wholesale, private label, or customizations may require additional time. As our products are carefully handcrafted, please allow 2-3 weeks for order processing of larger quantities, wholesale, private label, fundraiser, or custom orders. 

We strive to package your order in a way that is as environmentally conscious as possible. For shipping, we use recyclable corrugated cardboard boxes, tissue wrapping paper, and biodegradable packing peanuts (they dissolve in water!). 
Certain products do require plastic packaging, such as our wax melt clamshells and diffuser/reed boxes. We encourage you to please recycle.

Shipping is $6.99 flat rate for regular retail orders under $75. Shipping is FREE for regular retail orders over $75! 

Retail shipping rates listed above do not apply to wholesale, private label, or fundraiser products due to low margins. 


Returns & Exchanges

For any issues or shipping breakage, please do not hesitate to reach out via phone or email so I can make it right.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on regular priced items. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before the item has shipped. But hurry! Orders ship quickly!

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for returns/exchanges. 

The above terms do not apply to wholesale, private label, or custom orders!! Wholesale, private label, or custom orders are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable.

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with shipping insurance.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. 

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
